Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. BBM and internet is not working on my phone. In connections it says Blackberry Enterprise Server is not connected. Is this the reason why? How do I get it to connect?

Is this a new Blackberry for you? Have you had BBM and internet working before?
Blackberry Enterprise Server is for people connecting to company systems. If you are a personal user you need Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).
Is 3G/GPRS/EDGE in upper or lower case? if lower then BIS is not active on the account.
Please let us have all the facts so we can help properly.
