BIS 'Not Connected'

I have had my Blackberry 9780 Bold since April 2011. Everything was fine until I downgraded to a SIM only plan in June 2012.
My BIS on the mobile network only works for around 10-15 minutes then I have to register the device via the Host Routing Table in the Options and to do this, I must be on a wi-fi connection.
I have done everything Vodafone have asked me to. Even gave them remote access to my computer to download software from Blackberry which still didn't work.
It will only work on a wi-fi connection. When I do have a BIS connection, I lose it after accessing my apps.
This has been ongoing for 10 days now. Please Vodafone, could you finally sort this out?

I would like to take a look at the BIS setup on account and network level for you.
