When you say BIS service is it just your emails that aren't working or can't you access the internet via the web browser either?
Have you tried resending your service books and updating the host routing table on the device?
Is GPRS / 3G showing in upper or lower case at the top of the screen?

Hi
Both the email and web browser are not working.
I cannot resend my service books because I cannot loging, also the Blackberry service have tried to opt-out and opt-in again but the opt-in diidn't work.
At work I usually have lower case grps. However the fault in the service occurred at home where I have good 3G signal.
I have called again today to the Vodafone BB service, still not working and they always say they are fixing and call again if it is not, but it is never fixed.
