BIS not working after update

Hi,
I'm currently using a BB Bold 9900, after I updated my Device to the latest software version, the BIS is not working, only 3G is shown without the BB 7 dots. I checked whether there is any wrong with the coverage area but no. Need help please.

We have been made aware that there was an issue with BlackBerry Services at the time you posted, please can you confirm if you are still experiencing these issues as this has since been resolved.
If you are still experiencing these issues please can you update the host routing tables for your device and let me know how you get on.
Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Highlight any of the numbers > press the BlackBerry Button then register
