BIS

I Topped up £5 2 days ago and then rang 40035 yesterday toopt into bis. then it said it will send me a conformation text. its been 24hours and i still haven recieved it!! its really anoying me! i rang 40035 again and t said "we are having problems processing your request

" its been saying it for hours! HELLPPPP!!

i want my bis or i want a full refund!

I am aware that we have had an issue with the BIS registration line over the past couple of days which has now been resolved.

 

Can I ask if the BIS service is now active for you?
