i having been trying to get an unlock code for my blakcberry for way over a week!!!!
I had previosly given then the wrong IMEI number but sent an update to the names above with the correct number and have had no reply or no action taken - it is getting ridiculous and i am very dissappionted with the service considering all the Customer Support/Yoda adverts on the tele at the moment. I feel totally ignored.
All number are above and the reference number.
Please can somebody help me??

Thanks for your post here.
I can see that there has been an issue with the NUC request as you have mentioned that you originally sent the incorrect IMEI number to us.
After this you have then sent a new request via the online form on 24/04/2012 with a different IMEI number.
Due to this there has been a delay in the request being raised and as of yet the request made on 24/04./2012 is still waiting to be picked up by our NUC Team.
Once this is requested it will then be sent off to RIM directly to get the code for you, which will take up to 5 working days.
