Bbm isn't working

my blackberry internet service ran out and I topped up but I when I rang bbm it said I'm still opted into the blackberry internet service but I'm not and it won't let me opt out?

I’m not sure what you mean. Do you need to opt out of this, or are you unable to use BlackBerry services since topping up?
