please tell me what is going on, i'm becoming increasingly annoyed by vodafone at the moment, and this, not allowing me to use my phone, tops it off really.
any help available asap is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting, this definitely sounds like an annoying issue. If you're unable to make calls, send texts or connect to the internet then it's possible that a bar may be in place on your account. If you haven't checked this with customer services already then please reply to the email I've just sent and we'll be able to check on this for you .

I appreciate this can be frustrating as mobile devices have become such an integral part of our lives.
I appreciate that this has been posted a number of days now, are you still experiencing this issue?
If this is still the case I will need to take a look at your account, please complete and reply to the email I have sent to the address you registered with on here, once we have this we will be able to proceed.

I have a similar problem. I can't make calls, send texts or use the Internet. I got a message saying that my service has been restricted and when trying to send texts it says requested facility not subscribed. I keep having problems with Vodafone and it's really annoying! I would appreciate if you could help me as soon as possible. Thank you.

From what you have said it does sound like your Vodafone account has been suspended and as such we will need to take a look at this to find out the exact reason for it.
So that I can do this I have sent you a quick email, please reply with your details and I can get one of our team to take a look at this for you.
