just got new 9860, trying to set up personal outlook email address, no joy instructions and phone guide poor.

where do I enter Incomng and outgoing mailservers?

also internet only using home wifi, not connecting via WAN.

tempted to get iphone, much easier, keyboard is crap too

Hi,

Do you have an icon on the menu for 'Set Up' or 'Set Up Wizard'? - the first option in the set up should be Email Accounts and pretty much takes care of the set up for you.

If not then it's worth letting the moderators know what email provider you're using as it'll give them a bit more information to work from.

With the wifi set up, it took my Torch a couple of attempts to connect first time. Are you able to connect other mobile devices to the router at all?
