Thanks for your post about setting up your BlackBerry.
Could you confirm for me whether you're on PAYG or Pay Monthly as the set up process is slightly different?
If you're Pay Monthly then we'll need to speak with you to add BIS (BlackBerry Internet Solution) to your account. This will cost an extra £5 per month. I've sent you a PM which can be accessed here. If you could follow the instructions in the PM and send us your details one of the team will be with you as soon as they can.
If you're instead on PAYG then you can set this up for yourself
The cost is exactly the same and last for 30 days. You can opt in to the BIS service by calling 40035. More information can be found at the link below:
