I sent my phone off to Vodafone for repair, since it came back my BIS is not working. When I first turned the device on it asked me to log in to BIS but I was unable to since I didn't know my username or password!!

Now I cant use the internet, only the vodafone live!

Does anyone know how to set up BIS? I tried phoning vodafone but they just kept me on hold for ages so I gave up.

oh hang on, turning it on and off a few times seems to have solved it...
