i topped my phone up yesterday at 11.45am and still not working! and yet it hasnt taken my money, and yeah once again my internet is working!:smileysad: someone help me!

Hello Wayne,

 

It's happening a in a lot more areas now. I now struggle to get access on occasion on Wifi. Not quite sure what the issue with the phone is. It already has a faulty trackpad from when I originally had it. I've just never utilised it much so never sent it back. Might be a worthwhile option to see if it's a hardware problem. I presume there is no issue with the BIS settings on my account?

was just sending a PM to vodafone and a chat box popped up seeing if i wanted to chat with an adviser, so just for the sake of it i did and low and behold the fixed it for me :smileyvery-happy:

I am having the same problem.... got a message through saying that i have been connected to the internet service but i still cant connect the internet or use my bbm... any help is much appreciated

How will I know that my phone has been activated for Blackberry services ?

I have'nt yet been able to set up an e-mail account on my Blackberry Curve 9300 as the only option I'm given is for an "enterprise" account. I requested activation at 5.30pm yeasterday. What will I need to look for on my phone at 5.30pm or after today ? Will my options for e-mail be expanded to include personal e-mail addresses ?

BIS not working after top up

Hello 

 

I topped up and opted back into BIS yesterday morning (almost 24h ago) and the service has not been working yet even though I've taken the battery out and back in several times. I got the confirmation text but yet nothing?

This is really frustrating and I have done the mobile network thing.

WHAT should I do now?? I don't want to wait another 24h. This should not be happening.

Blackberry 9900 "device had a problem connecting to server"

Hi, i just switched over to vodafone payg I went to the gallery and applied a blackberry pack to my account as well After doing this i rebooted after removing my sim card then rebooted again after inserting the sim again I also got a text from vodafone that by bb account is activated However when I try to go to settings/email accounts, i see a message that "your device had a problem connecting to server" Please help

BIS not connected after top up

hi, last night i topped up and opted in for BIS/data plan for the first time on my blackberry..
its almost been 16 hours and i cannot access the internet and blackberry messenger.. this is really anniying, why is this happening to so many people.. i've read a couple of post and the tech team are either not responding or not doing enough.
more to the point, i've done the host routing regostration many time and i recieve a message saying my wireless device has been registered.. maybe my bbm and internet has not been activated? i dunno but can i please get some help, it would be much appreciated. thanks.

Vodafone are a joke

Been into a store in London, called the support team via 191 and get totally different messages about lack of connectivity.

 

First its RIMs fault, then its a SIM card problem - wait for 24 hours and all should be good again. That was 30 hours ago.

 

No email, no push messages, no BBM and now no internet (which I know for a fact isnt RIMs fault, its vodafone). I am currently in the City of London (EC2) and to get a message 'A comms failure has occurred. The server may be busy, please try again later' is getting really boring and frustrating now.

 

My works blackberry works a treat - and guess what? Thats with T-Mobile - full email and internet access.

 

Really pleased to be paying for a service that I cannot use. Vodafone are an absolute joke.

What a surprise. Why does it take a major company like Vodafone so long to resolve these problems? This has been going on for a while now. I bet if I cancelled my direct debit it would take your accounts department about 5 minutes to call me about it.
