my internet service wont work

i resently bought the bb internet service for my bb for the second time but my bbm wont work and now neither will my ineternet!

BBM Not working (Blackberry 9300)

I tryed to get BBM on the 21/02/12. Vodafone sent me a text saying i am subscribed (Click Here to see the picture).

I have taken out the battery and sim card for 30mins but BBM still did not work.

On the 22/02/12 Vodafone sent another text (Click Here to see the picture).

It still dont work today (23/02/12).

My Facebook and Twitter works the only problem is the BBM.

How can i fix this?

BIS and BES problems for BB 9900

I still cant connect to my BB apps or BBM or email. I am getting verryyy frustrated and I am thinking about Switching to O2 because of the lack of help I am reciving from the tech group and customer support

BIM and BBM

Its pretty much the same problem as everyone else.... It says i have been subscribed to the BIS yesterday but i still cant connect to the internet or make BBM work...

 

Im a pay as you go customer and i've told theres a issue happening at the moment but any help would be appreciated

I assume this is what is happening to my phone? Ive had the same problem. My bbm ran out the other day didnt have enough to top it back up when i did top up and resubcribe it said i was connected yet i cant access the service and i got the same picture as shown above. I've had little helpful information from vodafone thus far...

hi i recently topped up on the 22/3/2012 my bbm or internet is not working and when i try send a pin its saying peakto peak service blocked whatdoes this mean ?????????

have you paid your £5 for the BB service on PAYG?

Hi,

 

I got a BlackBerry Curve yesterday and a new Vodafone SIM on PAYG. I have signed up for the BlackBerry Internet Service and the £5 has been taken from my account but I am still unable to get on the internet.

 

The Service Status shows BlackBerry Internet Service - Not Connected and it has always been like this. I received the text message stating I was set up and may need to hard-reboot my phone. I have done a hard reboot and also gone into "Advanced Options > Host Routing Table" and registered - I received a message saying the registration was done.

 

Can you advise what I am doing wrong or what I need to do so that I can get it working?

no i have just bought the phone it said something about provisioning on ur side they said they was a problem with bb on vodaphone

BlackBerry Services - lack of communication

What is the status on repairing BB Services?

 

The original notification came out yesterday lunchtime that issues were being experienced by "some" users and we would be told more when you know more.

 

We are now almost 24 hours later and the BB Services are still not working. Am I to take it from the lack of updates that Vodafone and RIM have no more idea what is wrong than they did when the problem first arose?

 

Since I am paying for BlackBerry Services will I get a refund on the days it has not been available to me?

 

This is starting to feel awfully similar to the problem experienced before Christmas.

Thanks Lee, but that's my point. The link you gave points to the same message published yesterday lunchtime and I find it surprising (or more accurately frustrating) there has been no update in all that time!

I can not activate BBM on my phone

Hi... I had a text yesterday saying that my Blackberry services had been suspended..so I called 40035 to activate it agian..but it said I was already opted in to the service and it didn't give me an option to activate. So I thought I should opt out and back in again but that hasn't worked either! It said something like I can still use my BBM till 29th but I can't send messages ..Help??!
