I don't know why it isn't showing up like it should do but here's the message again - Hi... I had a text yesterday saying that my Blackberry services had been suspended..so I called 40035 to activate it agian..but it said I was already opted in to the service and it didn't give me an option to activate. So I thought I should opt out and back in again but that hasn't worked either! It said something like I can still use my BBM till 29th but I can't send messages ..Help??!

Hello!

 

I have got sim card for BB but I am having a problem with 3G services which does not actually work appearing only rarely. I have done all steps you mentioned earlier for other guys but it still does not work. Basically I cannot use BB service now. I had O2 sim before and there were no any problems anywhere in London.

 

Can you advise me what do to with that?

Won't connect to some internet options

Hi I lost my blackberry curve 9360 recently and today received my new one. I activated my SIM but the internet won't connect to certain apps such as facebook, twitter or my email account, it will however connect the internet browser. I checked that my price plan includes BIS and I've tried all the troubleshooting advice online. Any ideas what the problem could be? Thanks.

Hi,

 

check this announcement (updated in last hour)...this may be the cause of your problems...and u may need to complete an action to resolve it

I've got the same problem... I cannot connect to the Internet or BBM. I've tried to follow the various troubleshooting guides that are available on this website with still no success... I double checked that I applied on 40035 and it confrims that I've registered for the internet service. I've alos contacted Blackberry and they said everything is fine. Please help :smileysad:

No Internet or BBM

Hi, for some reason I can't access the internet (Unless I use Wi-Fi) or any other internet  apps, like app world bbm etc;.  When I reboot my Blackberry Bold 9780, I get an error message along the lines of "Uncaught Error. java.lang (something or other!) Please help, as I use the internet when out and about. I am subscribed to  BB Internet, have been for a long time. I'm on PAYG.

hi i have some problem with my blackberry, im abroad now and i  topped up 10pounds to opt into the bis, i have restarted my hone but my bis still isnt working. at a point i removed my sim  when i had not toped up.. so im guessing somehow it opted me out automatically. i need help on how to get my bis to work again, i jst opted in again to the bis but still no luck

New sim, BBM not working

Hi i recieved my new pay monthly sim only plan today. Have inserted in my blackberry curve 8520, but no BBM  do i need to somhow activate this?

BBM not working

Hi, 

 

I don't know if it is normal, but my BBM service is not working since 3 days ago...I can't use my mail, PIN, whatsapp, explorer...

 

I make my 5 pounds top-up for the month and it still not working...

 

I am starting to be angry...I need my mobile working for my job!!

 

Can u help me please!!

Hi Lee, thanks for the advice, I followed the link and managed to speak on-line to an adviser, who told me the service should be restored within 24 hours. I have also emailed with a ref no. so that advisers can contact me when service is up and running, and inform me if I need provisioning...(Hmmmm, hope that's not painful!!)

I have the same problem .. It seems as though the network is developing for faults each day. There are so many people experiencing the same problem yet I don't see any of the Tech Team keeping us informed..Customer SERVICE??
