its been five days, nemorius call to customer services and trips to the voda shop and still nothing. your saying the problem has been fixed and it will take 24 hr to get services up and running but i was also told that 3 days ago...COME ON VODA SORT IT OUT

I have lost my email connection.
When I try and access the email set up via "Blackberry Setup" I get the message "Your device had a problem connecting to the server". The only options are Retry or Cancel.
I have re-booted after removing sim card - same message.
I have checked for software updates - up to date.
I have loged onto my aol.co.uk via my laptop browser and no problem.
Can anyone suggest what I should do next.

I know about the announcement but I am STILL not working. This 24 hours is just a fob off in my opinion. This has gone on for 96 hours now!!
My phone has been off all night and seems to have now woken up on the day and time that I bought it and it appears I have a message and an app world notification that I cannot access. I think I have more issues that need addressing but Vodafone just don't want to know, this is the worst customer service I have ever had. And to think I have been with Vodafone for over 10 years

how are we ment to get in tutch with you when the link you have dose not work i have had my blackberry curve 9300 for 3 day and have not been on any internet or any thing els yet this is ridiculous

Hey, i added BBM onto my contract yester day afternoon and got told it would be up and running at midnight, it's over 24 hours and it still doesn't work, it has GPRS, is there any solution???
