[quickfix]

As of Monday i have not had any bbm service eventhough it is claimed that i am connected. Like most of the recent complaints on here it follows the similar pattern of coming to the end of the service, resubcribing yet not actually having any service provided. Then recieving a text telling me how to reconnect to the bbm service eventhough when i phone up it tells me i am connected.

I have replied on various posts/threads and am disgusted that i personally have not been replied to or helped in anyway shape or form. If my bill is overdue then my service would be cut off very soon however when my service is not provided i know i wont recieve any compensation or the likes.

Basically i would just be grateful if someone could help rectify my problem.

Have look on the "Latest Vodafone News" board...there is a known issue that a fix is being rolled out for to tonight (updated a couple of hours ago)

i opted in to the blackberry interney service yesturday morning. only after reading on here that i had to b reprovisioned if i hadnt have looked would they have switched me on.and im still not conected nearly 36 hours later.

ive sent vodafone an email to reprovision my blackberry internet but i still havent had any fix

Announcement in "latest Vodafone news" board says they are hoping to fix tonight...

coz mine and all my bbm contacts still have been working

This has happened to me ! I've had no BBM since Thursday..and even when i'm on WIFI at home I sometimes can't send messages! What do you mean by reprovision? lol Thanks

it is now been days since i have not been able to use my blackberry service on voda but all my family and friends works when will this issue be resolved

ive just read on this site that u have to email them with this thing that you had to put subject bar wrote it all out and then it says sorry there a problem but all the rest of voda fone site is working it says lol its so annoying

reprovision means means to reactivate bbm

Hi. I've had a blackberry since thursday and i registered for Blackberry internet service the next day when i topped up. I've been getting requests but they haven't been coming through. I've been sending requests and the people who i've sent requests too haven't had them. I've been told that i might need to wait a few days for it to activate properly. Is that true? Also obviously i should have the internet with it too. The only way i can get onto the internet is by using wi fi and i can only go on facebook with that. Vodafone live wont work. Can someone please help me with this!!

'eft135 - blackberry provisioning' - That is what you have to put into the subject line of the e-mail. They said they will respond within 48 hours ..and i'm sure it takes 24 hours just to fix the problem!!

I can't use my email bbm or facebooks app on my blackberry curve 9300

I have restarted my phone because since THURSDAY I've had no BBM or Internet!! When I put the battery and Sim card back in my BBM Icon has disappeared!! Seriously Vodafone and RIM need to get their act together!! As a paying customer I expect a service and when there is a problem atleast some sort of communication to explain the situation! Annoyed!

I am not recieving messages from some contacts,also I cannot recieve Pin requests.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and nothing is happening?
