As of Monday i have not had any bbm service eventhough it is claimed that i am connected. Like most of the recent complaints on here it follows the similar pattern of coming to the end of the service, resubcribing yet not actually having any service provided. Then recieving a text telling me how to reconnect to the bbm service eventhough when i phone up it tells me i am connected.
I have replied on various posts/threads and am disgusted that i personally have not been replied to or helped in anyway shape or form. If my bill is overdue then my service would be cut off very soon however when my service is not provided i know i wont recieve any compensation or the likes.
Basically i would just be grateful if someone could help rectify my problem.

i opted in to the blackberry interney service yesturday morning. only after reading on here that i had to b reprovisioned if i hadnt have looked would they have switched me on.and im still not conected nearly 36 hours later.

ive just read on this site that u have to email them with this thing that you had to put subject bar wrote it all out and then it says sorry there a problem but all the rest of voda fone site is working it says lol its so annoying

Hi. I've had a blackberry since thursday and i registered for Blackberry internet service the next day when i topped up. I've been getting requests but they haven't been coming through. I've been sending requests and the people who i've sent requests too haven't had them. I've been told that i might need to wait a few days for it to activate properly. Is that true? Also obviously i should have the internet with it too. The only way i can get onto the internet is by using wi fi and i can only go on facebook with that. Vodafone live wont work. Can someone please help me with this!!
