Many thanks for your post regarding the use of the BlackBerry services.
Have you read the thread that Nabs has linked to?
The issue should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing issues then could you once again try the Host Routing Table option and also confirm if the BlackBerry icon is present at the top right of your device screen?

Is anyone still having problems? like me?
I still cannot communicate with all of my friends on blackberry messenger, I also cannot recieve pin requests.

Hi,
I have a 9900 on PAYG. I have opted in for BB BIS plan, but I'm not able to get BIS services.
The BIS on my number was working in the last month, so not a issue with the phone or number. I got logged of BIS services as I was on roaming and did not have enough balance.
I have registered my self by using the host routing table method. I now have a lot of GPRS UK entries in the table.
The signal is 3G but I never see EDGE and don't have BIS working. Can you please send me the mail to fix this issue?
Also I wish to use this device with my gmail account and not with enterprise mail. So can you please send me instructions for the same.

Thanks for your post. Just to check that if you're on PAYG that you had a minimum of £5 available on your account for BIS to renew. If there isn't any available credit the BIS service will not renew and you would be required to top up with a minimum of £5 and call 40035 free from your phone to opt back in.

I am having exactly the same problem! All Blackberry services stopped working last Thursday night for absolutely no reason and after spending three afternoons in the Vodafone store and countless hours on hold to Customer Services I'm beginning to get soooo cross!
No reason why it shouldn't be working, everything has been tried to try and fix it so SEND ME A NEW PHONE!
I don't pay Five pounds a month for these services for them not to work... Sort it out.

Hi, I'm new to the forum.
I have exactly the same problem and am finding this most inconvenient, especially the BBM not working.
This has been going on for over a week.
Thought it was a Blackberry fault but now am not sure.
Any help gratefully received as I am not able to get to a Vodafone store for the next week.

Thanks for your post here.
The first thing to do would be to select options – device – advanced options – host routing table – Blackberry button – register now.
Once done I would also do a battery pull.
If this still doesn’t resolve the issue, please follow the instructions on the PM that I have sent you and we will be able to check the BIS registration on the account.

Hello, I am living in Germany and also using Vodafone Blackberry BIS, it works perfectly until three days ago, it stopped in a sudden without any reason, I found here so many friends have the same problems, can any one tell me how to work it out? I also went to some Vodafone store and they tried but still nothing work out, even some one said the same as my phone is broken. I bought Blackberry 9360 only for one month can not be that reason, so any one here can help me to solve this problem? Please, I need to email and use BBM to contact with my friends. it's quiet urgent.

my bbm isnt working ive tried taking the sim card out and everythinng, i rang up 40035 and i press 1 and it just repeats itself whats happening? :/ HELP!!
