BlackBerry Storm 2 - Wiping Handset

Hi,

I am selling my Blackberry Storm 2 and replacing it with an iPhone 3GS.

How do I go about preparing the Blacberry to sell on ? I will do a security wipe but would appreciate some guidance for any other procedures that I need to go through.

From the handset delete any email accounts that you have on it. Also ask Vodafone to release the PIN from the network. Before you do this get them to give you the unlock code. So it can be used on any network. Has to be connected to vodafone to unlock.

I just called 191 and the guy from Vodafone didn't know what I meant by release the PIN from the network ...

I must admit that I'm unsure about what the PIN is.
