Hi there
Is there a way that the BB will play the next track on a playlist or album automatically without having to press n or P or volume keys.
Do you need a memory card to do this as I do have one at the moment
Any advice would be great.

that's strange, never noticed that before. Mine goes to the next track automatically (don't think it makes any difference but I play music directly from the memory card). What version of software are you on?

Hey Woody11,
I'm confused about this too! Have you checked your playback options in the media player to make sure that repeat isn't enabled?
Other than this, please check your firmware version. This is easy and can be found out by clicking your Main Menu > Options > About.
Remember to regularly check your Desktop Manager for updates - simply connect and as long as you're connected to the internet, it'll search through to see if a later version is available.
Let us know how you get on, and remember that if you're stuck, check out our BlackBerry Storm Help page for more info!

Hi all - thanks for your suggestions.
It would appear to be operator error and I did have the repeat item ticked.
It now seems to be working okay.
Regards
Steve

Hi there - thanks for the suggestion and it does work if the BB is out of the protective pouch - however if you start a song and then place in the pouch it does not move on to the next song.
Any ideas.

Hi woody11,
Very strange!
I've not seen this one before - I'd recommend a hard reset on your BlackBerry, if it's still happening after this you may need to get it sent away for repair
