Hi

I am new to Vodafone network... I have taken the new Blackberry Torch 9800 with 750mb of Data allowance. I was just wondering any possible way of keeping an account of the data used, just like we can of our minutes and messages. Does vodafone site allows us or any app that we can download for our mobile.

There's one for iPhone's known as "My Vodafone"

Ow, call Vodafone to know when your minutes/data bundle gets refreshed.
Also, note that these applications may record WiFi usage as well with Vodafone internet together and not separate them, so, readings may not be accurate -- check the features of each one and choose the one that best fits your needs.

I hope you're enjoying your new phone.
I'll be honest I've not used a BlackBerry myself, however I've been told there are many apps that you can download in app world. I'd recommend having a look .

Maybe BlackBerry users can shed some light here and recommend which they think are the best .

And...most important is that blackberrys compress the data used.so may not notice a lot anyway but vodafone send automated text to u when u r about 75% thru ur usage, then finally at 100%. The systems they use which reflect on my account and by calling 44555 can b up to around72 hrs behind so when u get the text it may be a few days after ur new month starts so dont be alarmed just call 191 and they verify this to u.

Thanks for the apps list...they look really promising...The only problem is none of them say any thing about using them on Torch9800....only mentions it but that doesn't work according to him.

Any ways will try it myself and post it.
