I brought a web pack for 5 pounds, for 30 days, on my phone, a Blackberry Storm - and it's not working? How can I get my money back..
Sorry if this is not the right forum, I'm new.

By u saying webpack for 30 days can i assume u r payt, if u r then it is because u cannot use blackberry on payt. U will need to speak to customer service on 191 for refund. If u r on contract and have a trial for 30 days which i think would normally be £7.50 after the trial period unless u request the fixed one at £5 then u may need to add bis which is another £5.

Yeah sounds like PAYT or SIMO flexi internet pack... and although the internet MAY work.. it will encounter problems as it is a blackberry and to use the phone for BBM, Emails, Internet etc you need "BIS"
LEt us know what package youre on (Priceplan if youre contact) and we may be able to find out what would be the best option price wise

Hi yeahstef,
Once again I'm beaten to it by welshrosco who's spot on (cheers welshrosco
)
If you're on Pay as You Go then your BlackBerry won't work to it's full potential yet - keep an eye on our coming soon page though as I'm sure it won't be long
