Hi I am having a problem with my phone, whenever I sent a text I get a red x that says requested facility not subscribed. When I attempt to make a call it also says connection to his number is restricted on this phone. I dont understand whats going on as its been fine since I baught it and only started doing it now. Please could somebody help me this is ridiculous, I have already tried taking the battery out while it was on and fiddling with the network settings.
