Hello, i have got a sim only deal on my blackberry 9360 and it has bis included but my bbm wont work or the email services even over wifi and the gprs is in lower case and not in upper case and i am disaponited with it my contract sim only dead has 300 minutes and unlimited texts 500mb of internet and bis and 750mb of bt openzone and i havent recived my vodafone welcome pack yet and on vodafone online it is asking me for a pin or account number? and i cant accsess my usage 

please help me with these isues

Hi Jamie.

Assume this is a new phone?

First things to try ... Register via Host Routing Table (Options > Device > Advanced > Host Routing Table > BB Button)

This should get you a message saying that your phone has been registered on the network - and the Signal Meter should go uppercase.

After this, try a Service Book push (from Email Settings).

If the above doesn't work - you will need to call customer services & confirm that BIS has been activated on your account.

im not getting a message saying its being registered and my phone is about 4 months old had it on pay as you go then dicided a contract was better value and i dont now how to send th serives books the texts and calls work fine and my 500mb internet but dont work on msn and stuff like that but the browser it does

No point thinking about Service Books until you get the Signal Meter reading upper case (GPRS/EDGE rather than gprs/edge).

(Setup > Email Accounts > BB Button > Service Books > Send Service Books)

You can use the Browser to access the internet?

This shouldn't be possible without the Signal Meter reading upper case ... are you connected to wifi instead?

I assume you haven't changed any settings other than changing from PAYG to contract.

Try pulling the battery for a few minutes ... a change to the account might need the phone powered down & rebooted to take effect.

If this still doesn't give a BIS connection (upper case GPRS/EDGE) & you are getting no response to a HRT Register then you need to call Customer Services and ask them to check that your contract has BIS activated correctly.
