Blackberry 9900 - Out of Stock - VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

Dear Sir,
I am starting to get really frustrated now. I upgraded my phone on Tuesday on the basis the phone will be delivered by Friday. I was advised that it was extremely likely I would have to phone by Friday. I have received no email or nothing.
I have still heard nothing and now it says the phone is "out of stock" on the confirmation email. Secondly, as a result of upgrading, I am now paying for a more expensive contract when I don't have the benefit of the phone which I don't think is fair.
Is it possible for me to go into my local store and (subject to stock) they just hand me the phone?, rather than - in respect to the posts in the forum - waiting for days / weeks for a delivery. Please will someone come back to me ASAP as I am really unimpressed with the service to date.

Thank you for your post, I am sorry you have had a poor experience however if you have placed an order other than in the store they will not be able to provide you with a device, when an order is placed online you may request for a handset to be delivered to a store for collection.
As this is an account specific query please complete and reply to the email I have just sent to the address that you registered with on here, once we have this we can progress.
