Hiya,

I have a blackberry bold 9780 and have recently been trying to download the new bbm app. However, when I go to sign into the blackberry app world and select my world i am promted with the login screen. However, I have forgotten my password :\ When I click on the forgotten password link it comes up with this error - 'Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again. (Error id: 30637)'  I have no idea how to verify my network connections, can anyone help?
