On logging in to my BIS account with my username and password all is well i get access but once inside i am asked for additional information, i am asked to create a security question which i do ( the same question and answer that i used when creating the account)
Then i am asked to verify the password for my vodafone email address, sadly i cannot find this password, could one of you techie guys email or text me a new password for my vodafone email account please?

Well after a lot of emails and trying new passwords i have just come off the phone to James who set me up with a new email address and password but sadly still no joy still cant log into my Bis account or on my phone....James any other thoughts?

Im sorry but i know longer have the email, none of these passwords will get me into my email account...something else that i noticed, if i go to my email on the phone and insert my username then click on that i have forgot my password then press ok all i ever get is this message your device encountered a problem with this applications server select ok and repeat the action to try again......I have done this about 20 times and get that message all the time.. James do what you must.
