Blackberry Bold 9700 internet problems

Is anyone else having problems? I can recieve bbm messages and whats app messages but mine will not send properly. Same with emails. No websites etc will also load. Anyone know if this is vodafone or blackberry issue?

To rule out any network issues, can you please try the steps in our Network Troubleshooting thread.

tuck ... BB email was a little delayed around 2-3pm this afternoon, but back to normal around 5pm.

If this happens again, first suggestions are always : Battery Pull, Service Book Resend, Host Routing Table Register.
