I incorrectly enetered my pin into my phone too many times and it blocked it. I therefore had to re-set my phone. After re-setting it, all of my details were wiped. I managed to retreive them all though a backup, apart from my emails.
I can go to email setup and it asks me for a username and password... When I click that I have forgotten my password and type in what i think is my username (My blackberry ID username), I get the following messsage:
'Your device encountered a problem with this application's server. Select OK and repeat the action to try again.' When I repeat, the same message comes up.
How do I get my emails back on my blackberry? Please help!
