Hello, i have been having trouble with the network, and after getting a new sim card, that suspends all you mail and BIS functions till you phone 191 to get them back, I found that when they activated them, I can still send and receive emails on my yahoo account, but the icon is greyed out, and not sitting next to the other mail icons on the home screen next to the SMS box.
When I go into the menu, it's still greyed out next to my Mac mail which is next to the SMS box.
What is happening. i am fed up of phoning 191

sounds like the icon is set to hidden and you have the Show Hidden option set on your home screen.
highlight the icon and select unhide and it should become ungreyed out. Then you highlight it and select Move and move it to the position on the home screen you want it.

Hi animated
Have you tried Darkone's suggestion?
The email accounts may also be invalidated. Go to www.mobileemail.vodafone.net and log into your account. If you don't have a username and password to do this, call 191 and they can create this for you. Once in the account check to see if your email accounts are validated, if not just re-enter your password as prompted and select validate.
Let me know how you get on.
