I have not been able to send or receive emails from my phone since sunday. When I try to fix this using the email settings, it tells me that it cannot connect to the server, although, previously, it has been connected.. I am connected to WIFI and can receive texts, calls, and use the internet.

I have tries the various methods on the forum to fix it (remove battery and SIM card then reinsert, reregistering, etc) but they haven't worked. I am getting the messge confirming that I am registered when i do reregister.

Any ideas on what to do now?

I would like to take a look on your account and check the BlackBerry services to see what is happening with this. I have therefore just sent you an email, please reply back to that and we can take a look.
