Last night, I turned on the internet on my phone, and the screen went completely write, with just the writing 'App Error 325' and the option to reset. Nothing else would work, so I decided to reboot it. It did that okay, but then the white screen came up again and I went through that process another six or seven times until I gave up. This morning, my phone won't turn on at all. I've tried charging it and taking out the battery etc but nothing is working. It's just over a year old and has been really slow recently, can anyone help me with this? Thankyou!

Hi Melanie.
Sorry to say, but this is not an easy fix. These sort of errors (white screen, continual reboot or lifeless BB) usually require a complete wipe & reload of the OS ... many are terminal.
If you're confident to have a go, take a quick look at these posts on other forums for information on the recovery process.

Hope this helps.

Hi melaniehunt
Thanks for your post and welcome to the eForum ![]()
Unfortunately this error does require a full re-install of your OS and factory settings. As has been suggested this can be done yourself although we would never recommend this, or the other alternative is to send the device for repair through an authorised repair agent. If you're on a Vodafone Pay Monthly contract and you're still in commitment your phone is covered for the length of the agreement. If it was purchased on PAYG the warranty is for 12 months unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.
You can find more information on repairs here - Repair a faulty handset or device
Thanks
Simon
