Blackberry Curve 8520 suddenly stopped connecting to home wi-fi.

I've had my handset for about 3 weeks, and been on the same contract for about 6 months.  Yesterday the wi-fi logo suddenly turned grey, and even though the phone is detecting my home wi-fi network (and other Blackberry handsets in the house are connecting fine), in the wi-fi diagnostics menu, my Blackberry says "Connecting error".

I've tried resetting the phone several times, disconnecting and reconnecting the wi-fi network, but none of it seems to work.  I'd appreciate it if anybody could help out!

Hi BaileyChappell

Thank you for your post and a very warm welcome to the eForum.:smileyhappy:

I am sorry to see the frustration this has caused you, please can you ensure you update your service books.

Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Highlight any of the numbers > press the BlackBerry Button then register

Many Thanks
