I have a major problem with this today. Although the trackball moves freely it's not doing anything. I can't even scroll down an email, look at a different app than it's stuck on or get properly in to put a number in to dial. Tried wiggling it a bit and blowing and some fluff fell out but it's still not working. Nothing works without it! Tried ringing support line but they'd closed for the night.

Hope someone can help really soon.

It sounds like a physical fault to me. You'll have to contact 191 to arrange a repair, I'm afriad.
