Hey guys,

Although I have plenty of signal and can make/receive calls and text messages, for some reason as of this morning my internet is not working - no email, no browser, no BBM. Next to the signal bar it says "GSM" instead of the usual "GPRS". I have tried taking the battery and sim out, turning it on and off and turning off the mobile network connection but nothing has had any effect! Help!

Hi 

it sounds like your no longer provisioned for the blackberry services I had the same issue during the swap to my iphone

you will need to call up and see what they say
