HI, recommended to post here from your Twitter account - my daughter has Blackberry Curve which has suddenyl stopped working. Its on PAYG, I tried adding to my cntract recently but after some poor advice that was cancelled. Hrre phone now reports 'sim not provisioned' and she is unable to use, can you assist please? Many thanks for your post about your daughter's BlackBerry.

The error message she is seeing is normally because the device is no longer registered for the BIS (BlackBerry Internet Solution) service and she simply needs to opt back in to enable this again.
