Blackberry Internet Service - Not working?

Hello, I have a Blackberry Curve 9360, I topped up today around 3PM and usually after a quick reset of my phone (battery took out) the features provided in the Blackberry Internet Service start working again such as BBM etc. However this time it didn't, so I rung the 40035 number and it said I am opted in the blackberry internet service. So I then tried again to take my battery out, I did this several times and still no message or anything indicating that my BBM etc are working. Any suggestions?

Hi AaronDFirth,

It can sometims take up to 24 hours for the Blackberry services to be fully provisioned..

If after this time it is still not working your best option would be to give Customer Care a call so that they can check to see if it has been set up on your account properly

Thanks, I got a message through this morning which said "You have been resubscribed to the BlackBerry Internet Service. For more info visit vodafone.co.uk/payg-blackberry." So I wait 10 minutes, resest my phone, when it came back on no change, waited a few hours, took it out an hour ago and still BBM is inactive, any suggestions?

If you are still having problems connecting to the Blackberry services you should give Customer Care a call, so they can make sure that the BB services have been properly activated and also check that your sim is up to date on the network

I have had problems with my Blackberry 9780's BIS for 10 days now.

 

They keep telling me to try the following:

 

Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table then press the BB menu button on any of the following in the list and select 'Register now'

 

This work for around 15 minutes then when I use an app or the web I lose connection again. And, I can only complete the step above IF I am already connected, for example on wi-fi.

 

Try that, if it doesn't work, then call 191 asap.
