Hi,

I am currently a vodafone pay monthly sim only customer and have been given a blackberry handset by a friend. After doing a bit of research i have found out that i need to add blackberry services to my contract to make full use of the blackberry services such as email,app store etc. Is this at all all possible to do and is there an extra charge on top of my monthly bill for using this service.

Hi ikhlaq,

If you want to add BIS to your account all you have to do is give Customer Care a call and they can add this on for you.. There is a £5  monthly charge for this
