I have recently come to vodafone, have ported from another provider and on that same day, after the port occurred successfully, i went abroad. blackberry services never worked out abroad and now that i'm back, they still are not working. i've tried the host table, i get the message but it doesn't seem to work

any help?!

Can a mod or someone help please? The monthly contract i have is not cheap and i cant use the bb services.

Calling 191 is pointless as they are least helpful even saying that they will call back and yet they never do

Should i be regretting a port from t-mobile?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I appreciate how frustrating this must be especially seen as you have just ported over.

To get this sorted I want to take a look at your account to make sure that everything is set up correctly with regards to your BlackBerry service.

I’ll send you an email over to the email address that you registered with. All you need to do is hit reply and fill in all of the information it asks for and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
