Blackberry - Using My Phone As A Bluetooth Modem

If you use your BlackBerry as a tethered modem through Desktop Manager it doesn't cost any extra and comes out of your inclusive data, but does anyone know if it is allowed to use a BlackBerry as a Bluetooth modem or would this cost extra?
