Hi guys

Can anyone tell me how to get my phone back to normal, as it will not pick up the vodafone network, just keeps coming up with sos. I have have reset the phone to factory settings and updated the firmware but still no signal. is the phone faulty or something easy to rectify?

Ps i have turned on the radio, and i can connect to my wireless network

Have you tried re-registering your phone?
Options / Device / Advanced System Settings / Host Routing Table (exact folder structure may be different on your phone) / Click  the Blackberry button / Register Now.

You'll receive a text.
Full reboot - battery out.
Restart.
Retry
