The BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) option is the ideal solution for this, but your company would need to have their own BES, and you would have to have BES activated to your device also, so this may not be possible. I’d advise speaking to your IT department firstly to see if they do operate their own BES.
A possible work around so you can receive emails, would be to forward them to a free email account, then set up that email account to your BlackBerry device. This is obviously not a true connection of the email account to the BlackBerry, but it would allow you to view emails sent to the Lotus Notes account.
The BES solution is what’s required if you require true reconciliation and syncing of the account, and I do advise you speak to your IT department to see if this is possible.
