I have recently got a blackberry cure 8520 (Thursday) with the deal 200mins 500texts 250MB of Internet including 500mb of wifi and blackberry internet service, however I haven't been able to access the Internet at all and the browser says "cannot connect to Internet , If problem continues please contact your service adviser"
It won't work even when I'm connected to my home wifi system.
My settings say blackberry Internet service is connected to mobile network however my blackberry enterprise server is 'not connected'. The signal says GPRS and I have registered to the host routing table and rebooted my phone and still nothing works.
Please help me
Thanks

options>mobile network>data services on/off
failing that the fact its giving you enterprise server "is not connected" it would appear you might have the BES SOC on VFs end instead of BIS.
Calling 191 should fix that.

Hi casper6986 and welcome to the eForum
Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problems with this and I appreciate how frustrating it must be but we’re currently investigating an issue with the BlackBerry service. More information can be found here.
Thanks
Wayne
