Hi TR,
If it won’t allow you to stop the update and it stays at the same percentage then you will need to do the update manually via your PC.
To do this, simply follow the instruction below;
Download the latest software from the BlackBerry download web page,
Once downloaded, double click the EXE file and select run,
Once done launch BlackBerry Desktop Manager, (if you don’t already have this on your PC it can be downloaded form here)
Connect your BlackBerry to your PC via the USB cable,
At this point it will be worth performing a back up if possible by selecting Backup and Restore and then Backup.
Select application loader,
Pick the latest version you have just downloaded from the list,
Select Next,
Select not at this time (this is simply an email reminder for any future updates) and click next,
You will then see the update processing on your device.
