Topped up £10 yesterday got my 300 texts and 500mb internet. Called 40035 to activate blackberry services.

but the edge connection is still lowercase and wont change ive tried removing the battery but still wont work.

BIS costs an extra £5. Was there enough credit on your account to pay for it? If there was call customer services on 191 and find out why BIS isnt active yet.
