I am thinking of buying an unlocked Blackberry 9780, and I would like to know if there are delivery reports for text messages.

Hello,

I have the new Bold 9780 and yes there is the facility of delivery reports.

When in the text messages, just press the Blackberry key, go to options and then tick the box.

I'd recommend this phone, I'm new to Blackberry and I love it. Just don't get a white one like me because the leather on the back gets filthy and there is no way of cleaning it! I've tried everything!

Thank you for the info.  It was a choice between the Bold 9780 and the iPhone 4, but as iPhone 4 does not show delivery reports I will buy an unlocked Bold 9780 once my sim only contract expires at the later part of the year.
