Hi, I got a blackberry curve 9320 on contract just over a week ago. It was fine up until a yesterday when it started over heating.
I have no idea what has cause this and if I put the phone off for a while it is still really warm to touch. I just got this phone and I am so disapointed that it has problems already.
Any help?

Hi Maureen.
I have noticed that my BB (a 9900) can get pretty warm when used for internet browsing for any length of time - particularly the battery.
I have a small app (Tiny Meter) that gives an indication of battery temperature.
On idle, it's usually around 20ºC. If using for a few minutes or after call (when your hand is also insulating the battery), or when on charge, it will be around 30°C (warm to the touch).
The highest I've seen (after 20-30 minutes internet browsing on one of those really hot days we had a month or so ago) was 42°C! The phone was working normally with no discernable problems but it was significantly hot to the touch so I did the same as you & let it cool for a while.
Unless your phone is getting hot while idle - or after just a few minutes' use - I would say there's nothing to worry about. The phone & battery have their own temperature sensors and, presumably, will give a warning if the phone becomes too hot to function. Whether it's too hot to hold is down to your temperature sensors!
