Hi, well after waiting all day on Tuesday and no delivery and then sorting things out with Paul (with confirmation) my phone should of been here today between 8am and 10am.

I now get a 'flash' sms message saying it has been dispatched at 10:35! Sorry but some of us have a life, we don't have all day, every day to sit and wait like a dog at the window for it's master to some home!
I tried calling the number back but it is not recognised, so I called their automated call centre, but it wants a customer account number to continue! ######!
Can a kind mod with some backbone (not MODERATOR) phone them up and kick some azz on my behalf? You would think that with an account like Vodafone they would take a little more care!
