Cant access browsing

Guys,

I am having a problem, cant access any browsing,

I am receiving a java error "uncaughtexception: java.lang.nullpointer exception.

Browser icon clicked but no access and no browser menu "go to, refresh etc"

Cant access set up icon or youtube, also in manage my connections cannot access  "service status"

Facebook and gmail icons working 100% so data ok

Have cold started  (pulled battery)and reloaded from previous blackberry protect back up, still no joy.

Help pleeeeeeeze

pop up which model u are using, and if pay monthly or pay as you go, and someone will be along soon to help

Please could you try the following steps - 

 

Using BlackBerry Desktop Manager take a backup of your device > perform a handheld wipe > restore your backup > test again

 

You can also perform a handheld wipe on your device by Options > Security Options > General Settings > menu (bb button) > Wipe Handheld

 

We have some fantastic guides on our Help Centre to assist you with the backing up of your contacts and information as well as great hints and tips to get the most from your device. 

 

Please ensure that you have the correct APN settings for your Pay Monthly agreement and this can be found in your settings menu under network.

 

Once this has been done please ensure you are running the latest software for your device and let me know how you have got on.
