Has anyone had as bad an experience with customer services and the SID repair process? Have been without my Blackberry Torch since the 4th of November for a trackpad replacement that RIM said should take 5 to 8 minutes. Have been passed around the customer service centre mostly very helpful but still no nearer a conclusion as to return date.

If you were given a SID job number, you should be able to track the repair at www.vodafone.co.uk/repairs , and if it is on the system, it should tell you what the current status of the repair is, when it was received at the repair centre, and if it is on its way back to you.
